Day 01 – Arrival/Negombo
Arrive in Negombo and check in at Villa Hundira. Relax and unwind after your journey.
Day 02 – Transfer to Digana
Travel to Digana and visit the Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic for blessings. Overnight stay at Rukgala Retreat.
Day 03 – Yoga & Meditation in Digana
Attend morning and evening yoga classes. Enjoy a guided walk to the Meditation Caves at Bambaragala and explore the caves with a light rock climb. Overnight stay at Rukgala Retreat.
Day 04 – Yoga & Wellness Activities
Participate in morning and evening yoga sessions. Experience paddleboarding on the lake and a full-body massage by a locally-trained therapist at Rukgala Retreat.
Day 05 – Transfer to Galle
Travel to Galle, rest and relax at Niyagama House after a long drive. Overnight stay in Galle.
Day 06 – Yoga & Meditation in Galle
Join a Hatha Vinyasa yoga morning class, followed by guided meditation and relaxation. Evening yoga session available upon request. Overnight stay at Niyagama House.
Day 07 – Departure
